Our pre-class evaluation database eliminates the problem of grouping people with a wide variety of aptitude levels.  If you're not familiar with the basics then you will not be in a class with someone who can program in that software (and vise versa). Our database will group like-skilled personnel and help tailor the curriculum (eliminating non-needed material). It will also permanently track classes taken by each student and provides several reports for short  and long term management assessment. These reports will be given to management and available any time the data is needed.

Management can access data including: class evaluations and comments, classes that an individual has taken (Mary has taken Excel 97 beginners and Word 97 Intermediate), how many individuals have been taught of a certain curriculum (9 people have taken intermediate Visual Basic 6.0), what level of the software has been taught (we have taken 3 intermedaite Word 97 classes, 10 beginning Excel 97 classes, and 2 NT Network Administrator classes) and several other reports.
